As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, it is important to continue to look after yourself
In these challenging times, where disruption may be triggering a wide range of emotions, it is more important than ever to look after one another and access the support available.
This article provides a rundown of support that the Department is offering to teachers and school staff right now.
The Department's Wellbeing Webinars provide practical mental health and wellbeing tips and strategies for use throughout the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and beyond.
Webinars cover topics including safeguarding against burnout and switching on your growth mindset. Teachers can also participate in the working safely in schools during coronavirus (COVID-19) session to get practical strategies on infection prevention and control in a schools setting.
Recordings and tip sheets are also available for past sessions.
