Copyright for Educators webinar

Learn to confidently navigate copyright in classrooms in these August sessions

Teachers, school leaders and support staff across Victoria are invited to attend an online webinar on copyright.

The day-long course will be delivered twice in August, and will cover everything you need to know about copyright, including:

  • Creative Commons
  • Open Education Resources
  • different types of licenses
  • exemptions for educational use.

The webinar has six sessions over the course of the day with breaks for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The content will draw on practical examples and provide you with opportunities to ask questions.

The seminar will be run by the National Copyright Unit (NCU), who work with all jurisdictions on educational copyright. The NCU liaise with the copyright collecting societies on behalf of the jurisdictions for educational copyright reform.
