Access events, resources and professional learning to support high-quality virtual teaching and learning
Arc is the Department's new digital hub where teachers can access high-quality virtual learning experiences for their students, professional learning to extend and build their own virtual practice, and tips on virtual teaching using Webex. It is also where teachers and students can go to access Department software.
To support teachers during remote and flexible learning, the Department has been working with over 90 partners to provide a wide range of virtual learning experiences catering for students from Foundation to Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE).

Professional learning to support teachers in building their expertise using digital tools and platforms for virtual teaching and learning is also available on Arc. Professional learning sessions and resources to build teacher expertise in digital learning and assessment in an online learning environment are available from a range of providers.

Adobe Creative Cloud 2020 – a suite of creative applications available to Victorian government secondary school teachers and students
Boardmaker Online – create a more inclusive educational experience for students with additional learning needs, available to Victorian government specialist schools and Department Student Support Services (SSS) staff
LinkedIn Learning – provides access to thousands of online courses for teachers and students over the age of 16 in Victorian government schools
